    Standard shipping includes, postage rates, product insurance (in case of getting lost), packaging fees. Tracked shipping includes full tracking number, insurance, and packaging fees.

     

    Domestic (within Canada) takes around 5-7 business days

    International takes around 7-14 business days 

     

    Customs and import taxes
    Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for delays due to customs.

     

    Shipment problems
    Feel free to contact me if you run into any problems, even though I don't accept returns or exchanges, if something serious does happen we can work it out. Items may get lost through mail on rare occassions, it happens, yet that is something I cannot control, I do include some insurance in shipment fees, so contact me to discuss further.
